As per the report, Jio might introduce the new JioPhone 5G at an affordable price tag which no one offers in India. Yes, the source claims that JioPhone 5G might cost anywhere between Rs.9000 to Rs.12,000 in India. Further, the source expects that JioPhone 5G will be priced aggressively under Rs.10,000 in India.

As per the source, Jio and Google will again join hands and launch the next affordable 5G phone in India this year. The source revealed that JioPhone 5G will be 6.5 inches HD+ with a resolution of 1600 x 720p. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC with 4GB RAM & 32GB internal storage. It will also come with microSD support for storage expansion.
The JioPhone 5G will sadly run on outdated Android 11 OS. It comes with standard features like Google Assistant support, read-aloud text feature, instant translation via Google Lens, and Google Translate. It will come with Jio standard apps MyJio, JioTV, JioCinema, and JioSaavan.
