In the past, we saw Samsung officially announcing the flagship processor Exynos 2200 SoC. With that, we also got a massive leak that revealed everything about the new Galaxy S22 series right from specs to price and even the renders. Now we have got the much-needed leak that confirms the regions receiving the Exynos 2200 SoC-powered Galaxy S22 series.
As per the source, Samsung will again follow the two different chipset-powered flagships this year too with the new Galaxy S22 series. Yes, the new Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ & Galaxy S22 Ultra will come in two variants one with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC other with Exynos 2200 SoC.
The source revealed that Exynos 2200 SoC-powered Galaxy S22 series will be landing in Europe, CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), Southwest Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Further, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC-powered Galaxy S22 series will be launching in China, Japan, Latin America, North America, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.
So we can see that Samsung expanded the Snapdragon variant of the Galaxy S22 series to more regions this year when compared with only two regions last year. We can probably expect Samsung may launch the Snapdragon variant in India but still not confirmed. If this leak turn out to be true then Samsung will launch only Exynos 2200 SoC-powered Galaxy S22 series in India.
