Realme has now announced its first device under the Realme 9 series with the cheaper Realme 9i in India today. Realme 9i comes in Prism Black and Prism Blue color options. The new Realme 9i will again be exclusive to Flipkart in India.
Design:
The new Realme 9i will surely remind you of Realme GT Neo2 for sure as it comes almost similar design on the back. With triple rear-camera under the rectangular camera module with LED flash and glossy polycarbonate back. On the front, the device comes with a top-left corner punch-hole display with slightly slimmer bezels. It measures 8.4mm thick and weighs 190g.
Specs:
The new Realme 9i will sport a 6.6 inches 90Hz FHD+ IPS LCD display on the front with a punch-hole notch. It gets side-mounted fingerprint scanner support. The device is powered by SD680 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space.
The Realme 9i features a 50MP main sensor coupled with a dual 2MP f/2.4 aperture macro plus depth sensor with LED flash. There is a 16MP selfie shooter with an f/2.1 aperture.
The connectivity options include WIFI 2.4GHz, 5.0HGz, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, microSD card slot, FM Radio. The device packs a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Sadly, the new Realme 9i will still run on Android 11 OS with Realme UI 2.0 on top.
The new Realme 9i pricing starts at Rs.13999/- for 4GB+64GB in India. The higher 6GB+128GB will cost Rs.15,999/- in India. The early sale starts from Jan 22 whereas the first flash sale is on Jan 25 through Flipkart & Realme.com
