Looks like we have another launch that going to happen on the same date as the Motorola flagship. Yes, Realme has now revealed the launch details of the first-ever flagship powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC aka Realme Gt 2 Pro. In the past, we saw some renders showing Huawei’s Nexus 6X like design.
Now Realme took Weibo to share the news about the company’s first-ever flagship aka Realme GT 2 Pro launch details. As per the post, Realme will announce the new Realme GT 2 Pro on Dec 9 in China. Yes, the same date as Motorola’s flagship Motorola Edge X30. So we probably have a great competitor for Motorola’s flagship with Realme GT 2 Pro.
Not just that, the new Realme GT 2 Pro will turn out to be the World’s first phone to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. As the event is scheduled earlier than the Motorola Event. Seems like Realme just wants to get the tagline of the World’s first smartphone powering Snapdragon flagship chipset.
We can expect that the brand will just give the first look at the Realme GT Pro 2 and later will have an official full-fledged launch event. Similar to previously launched Realme XT.
Realme GT 2:
Further, we have now spotted the alleged cheaper flagship aka Realme GT 2 passing through the TENAA listing. As per the listing, the alleged Realme GT 2 is listed as Realme RMX3310. The new RMX3310 comes with some minor design changes as it looks similar to Realme GT Neo2.
On the front, the RMX3310 features a punch-hole display with slimmer bezels. There is Realme GT Neo2 like camera setup on the back featuring triple sensors with LED flash. The Power button on the right and volume rockers on the left.
As per the listing, the alleged Realme GT 2 will sport 6.62 inches FHD+ AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner. It weighs 200g and measures 8.6mm thick. The device will come in black, white, blue, and green colors.
Alleged Realme GT 2 will be powered by SD888 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space. It features a 50MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP depth sensors with LED flash. There is a 16MP selfie shooter and probably packs a 5000 mAh battery. It runs on Android 12 OS with Realme 3.0 UI on top.
