Vivo sub-brand iQOO is on roll, after the launch of the iQOO Neo5s & Neo5 SE. The company has now launched another cheaper phone with iQOO U5 5G. iQOO U5 5G comes in Dark Black, Silver White, and the Magic Blue color options.
Design:
From the looks, the iQOO U3 gets a slightly different design on the back when compared with its predecessor. Sadly, the new iQOO U5 still features a waterdrop notch on the front but with slimmer bezels. On the back, the iQOO U5 comes with a rectangular camera module carrying dual rear cameras. On the right, the iQOO U5 features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and volume rockers. It measures 8.4 mm thick and weighs 186g.
Specs:
iQOO U5 will sport 6.58 inches OLED FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 20.7:9. It features 120Hz refresh rates and comes with HDR10 support. The iQOO U5 will be powered by SD695 SoC coupled with 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The new iQOO U5 will not have support for microSD card slots.
Camera:
The iQOO U5 will feature a 50MP main sensor with an aperture of f/1.79 along with a 2MP macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 and LED flash. It features an 8MP selfie shooter with an f/2.0 aperture.
Connectivity & Battery:
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 5G, Dual 4G LTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack. The new iQOO U5 packs a 5000 mAh battery with 18W Super Flash Charge support and run on Android 11 with iQOO UI 1.5 on top.
