The Vivo X70 series arrived in India in September. The company is now preparing to debut the X80 series in the region early next year.
According to 91Mobiles, insiders close to the topic disclosed that the Chinese smartphone brand plans to debut the X80 series in India in early 2022. They are planned to launch in late January or early February 2022. Moreover, the sources indicate the X80 will come in two models. Since the X70 series began with the X70 Pro and X70 Pro+, we can expect the X80 Pro and X80 Pro+.
Sadly, the sources didn’t give any further specifics about these two phones. However, a recent revelation revealed important data regarding the X80’s base model. The entry model will include a 120Hz FHD+ display and a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 2000 processor. In addition to Android 11, this model has a 50MP primary camera with 5 axis stabilization and a 12MP telephoto lens with 2x magnification.
We presently have no information about the flagship series’ higher-end versions. It’s important to remember that this is an unsubstantiated claim, so take it with a grain of salt until we hear otherwise.
