Samsung has begun mass producing parts for its Galaxy S22 flagship smartphone series, according to the German website WinFuture.
Samsung is scaling up component manufacture for the Galaxy S22 (SM-S901), Galaxy S22 Plus (SM-S906), and Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-S908). The process began mid-week and is now confined to a few elements, such as flex cables. Samsung appears to be focusing on the US model of the Galaxy S22 Ultra right now.
Some leakers suggest the phones will be unveiled near the end of January, while others claim the series will be unveiled in February. In line with the early 2022 launch rumors, Samsung normally starts mass production two to three months before release. The business is believed to unveil the Galaxy S21 FE during CES 2022, which runs from January 5 to 8. Meanwhile, sales of foldable phones remain strong, allowing the business to delay launches.
The AMD-powered Exynos 2200 CPU will reportedly power the European models of the upcoming S series phones. Unlike last year’s model, the upcoming Ultra is likely to include a dedicated S Pen stylus slot. This variant may also have improved display, camera, and charging speeds. The Galaxy S22 Ultra may resemble the Galaxy Note-21, while the other two models may resemble the iPhone 13.
It remains to be seen if these tweaks will make the Galaxy S22 the greatest phone of 2022.
