The Lenovo-owned brand isn’t stopping there; it already has a lineup of devices planned for 2022. 91mobiles has obtained an exclusive render of the Motorola Austin, which you can see below, courtesy of industry insiders. The Motorola Austin was one of the models featured in the leaked Motorola roadmap for 2022, in case you’ve completely forgotten. For the time being, we don’t know what the phone will be called. 91mobiles has also unveiled the renderings of the Motorola Rogue and Motorola Milan, which will be named Edge 30 Ultra and Moto G Stylus 2022, respectively, on its website..
Motorola Austin:
According to the design, Motorola Austin could be a budget or mid-range phone. It has a large bezel around the screen and a punch-hole cutout in the center for the selfie camera. You’ll find both the volume rocker and a security fingerprint sensor on the right side of the device.
The back of the phone has a rectangular module with a triple camera and an LED flash. There is a 50MP primary camera sensor engraved on the camera module. The classic Moto dimple is also found on the back. The phone is available in the color blue. Polycarbonate looks to be the primary material used in the phone’s construction in order to keep costs down. The phone’s specs haven’t been released yet, which is a shame.
Moto G Stylus (2022):
Codenamed “Milan,” the Moto G Stylus 2022, model number XT2211DL, and released in June of this year, could be a 5G capable smartphone, similar to the Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G. A stylus pen slot is believed to be included in the smartphone, allowing users to rapidly jot down notes, sketch artwork, and more. The Moto Note app, which can be used without unlocking the phone and is useful for taking short notes and reminders, should also be included with the phone.
The next smartphone has a punch-hole camera at the top center of its display, as well as a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, as can be seen in the design (shown above). The fingerprint sensor is also on the right side of the smartphone, with a volume rocker beside it. In addition, the smartphone’s back features a triple camera configuration with an LED flash. There is a 50MP primary sensor engraved on the module, but the additional sensors’ specs remain a mystery. Color options for the phone include Black. A closer look reveals that a polycarbonate body could be used to keep the smartphone’s cost down. Unfortunately, the insider has yet to share the phone’s specifications.
Motorola Rogue, the Edge 30 Ultra:
In the meantime, Milan is supposed to be the Moto G Stylus 2022, while the Motorola Rogue is rumored to be the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra. Model three, codenamed Austin, has yet to be shown. These high-quality Motorola Edge 30 Ultra renders, which included a Black color option, recently appeared on our site. Another render of the phone with a Blue gradient has recently been obtained by us.
We’ve acquired a new render of the Motorola Rogue aka Edge 30 Ultra, which matches our prior renders, indicating that the design language has been established. Motorola’s forthcoming smartphone appears to be blue-tinted in this new depiction. The smartphone will be available in at least two colors, at least.
Edge 30 Ultra’s aluminum chassis will be sandwiched between two layers of glass. Bezels are thin around the display, which has a hole-punch cutout for the front-facing camera. The device’s volume controls and power button are located on the right side. What appears to be a dedicated Google Assistant button is located on the left-hand side of the screen. The three-camera system is placed in a circular module on the back of the phone. A microphone and an LED flash are also included in the module. Under the display or in the Moto dimple on the back are the most likely places to find the fingerprint scanner. In addition to a Type-C port, there will be a major microphone and speaker grille on the bottom of the frame.
