Samsung is reportedly working on a few new 5G low-cost smartphones for 2022, including the Galaxy M33 5G. The phone in question looks to have the model number SM-M336B and will likely have similar features to the unreleased Galaxy A33.
The Galaxy M33 5G may be sold in markets where the Galaxy A33 5G is not. They’ll undoubtedly appear similar and share internal components, but we don’t know much about the Galaxy A33 or Galaxy M33 yet.
The Galaxy M33 5G should have a better chipset than the Galaxy M32 5G, but only time will tell. It’s also unclear if Samsung will only release a 5G Galaxy M33 or if LTE will be available in some markets (and presumably a different non-5G chipset). Similarly, Samsung may be planning a Galaxy F33, albeit no traces of it have emerged.
