The Nokia G300 smartphone was unveiled by HMD Global, the licensee for the Nokia smartphone brand. As a result of many leaks in recent months, many people were anticipating a September release.
The Snapdragon 480 chipset in the Nokia G300 powers the phone. Nokia’s G50, X10, and X20 smartphones all use the Snapdragon 480 as well. There will be certain incremental benefits with this chipset compared to older ones. The Qualcomm processor, which supports 5G, adds to the model’s already impressive qualities.
The 6.57-inch LCD screen on the mid-range model has a 720p+ HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It has a v-notch display with an 8MP front-facing camera. The CPU is coupled with 4GB of RAM and has a total storage capacity of 64GB, plus a microSD card slot that supports cards up to 1TB in size.
On the surface, the G300 5G’s camera configuration seems to be disappointing. An ultra-wide sensor of 5MP captures the widest possible field of view, while a 2MP depth sensor captures the horizon’s depth information. The Nokia G300 5G has a camera that falls somewhere in the middle of the G10 and G20. There is also an EIS feature and a Night mode on the Nokia G300 camera. OZO audio surround and wind noise cancellation are both supported by the gadget.
The Nokia G300 5G is powered by Android 11 and has an 8.1 user interface. Fast charging is supported by the device’s large 4,470 mAh battery.
The Nokia G300 costs $200 and will be available in the United States on October 19 for purchase. It will only be available through Straight Talk and TracFone Wireless, two pre-paid service providers.
