One of the products Xiaomi is expected to introduce at the global event on September 15 is the Mi Pad 5/Pad 5. A video that was uploaded onto the internet confirms that the new tablet will indeed be released globally on that day, although an official unveiling date has not yet been officially announced.

Xiaomiui posted a video on Twitter about the Xiaomi Pad 5’s white packaging like the Chinese version. In contrast to the box sold in China, this one is significantly thicker due to the inclusion of accessories such as a charger and USB cable.

The top of the tablet shows a few specs like a WQHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, quad speakers. It is powered by Snapdragon 860 processor, and a dual-cell 8720mAh battery. In addition to the white and black color options, the Mi Pad 5 will also be available in the global version.

Pricing:

It is for sale at a price of BYN 1199 (Rs.35,000), which will get you the 6GB model with 128GB of storage. The Chinese price tag for this item is significantly higher than CNY 1999 (*$310). If the official price is lower, we will need to wait for the global launch.
