Realme announced today that it would launch the TechLife Air Purifier in India next week, on September 30. Realme will also introduce a Handheld Vacuum Cleaner and a Robot Vacuum Cleaner in India on Thursday.
However, we reported yesterday that the Air Purifier’s HEPA filter would have an MRP of INR1,499 ($20/€17), with the actual selling price likely to be lower.
Realme says their TechLife Air Purifier eliminates 99.99% of 0.3-micron particles and PM2.5 pollutants from the air. The device purifies the air in a 30m3 room in 14.4 minutes and has a real-time air quality meter. A timer lets you switch the purifier off after two, four, or eight hours of use.
The Handheld Vacuum Cleaner has a 140W motor spinning at 10,500 RPM with 9.5KPa suction force. It has a washable HEPA filter and a 2,200 RPM auto-rotating floor brush. Realme claims a 40-minute runtime in Soft Mode and a 20-minute duration in Strong Mode.
It has a 2-in-1 vacuum + mopping function and a LiDAR system for smart mapping and navigation. It auto-recharges and features a 5,200 mAh battery. It comes with a 600mL Dust Box and a 300mL Electronic Water Tank if you wish to utilize the mopping feature. The Robot Vacuum Cleaner also works with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, enabling voice control.
