Looks like Realme has now officially revealed the launch details of the new affordable flagship Realme GT Neo2 5G. In the past, we saw enough leaks revealing the renders and specs of the new Realme GT Neo2 5G. Now finally we got an official confirmation that Realme GT Neo2 5G is for real and soon gonna hit the market.
As per the post on Weibo, Realme China revealed that Realme GT Neo2 5G will be landing n the country on Sept 22. Yes, that’s next week which is pretty close and might be later launching Globally as Realme GT Gaming Edition. Anyway, the launch time is set at 2:00 PM local time. The teaser also shows a slight glimpse of the device which is been blurred out in the background.
Specs:
Realme GT Neo2 is set to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chip based on the specifications of the prototype. The display offers a 120Hz refresh rate up to 6.62-inches. Also in the screen is a notch cut out for a 16MP selfie camera and a fingerprint reader embedded in the screen.
It will run the latest version of Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. The Realme GT Neo2 will be equipped with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The GT Neo2 has a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. We’ve seen similar sensors on the Realme GT.
This device has a 5,000mAh battery that will likely support fast charging right out of the box.
