Nokia has now quietly launched another cheaper 5G phone in Europe with Nokia G50. After lots of leaks and rumors, the new Nokia G50 is finally official. The Nokia G50 is touted to be the first Nokia phone with a huge display.

After a long wait, Nokia has finally launched some interesting budget 5G phones today with its latest G-series. The new Nokia G50 5G is the new entrant under budget 5G phone. The new Nokia G50 will come in Ocean Blue and Midnight Sun colors.
The Nokia G50 weighs over 220g and measures 8.85 mm thick. The new Nokia G50 looks identical to Nokia X20 and the only difference is in terms of display. The new Nokia G50 5G sports 6.82 inches HD+ IPS LCD water-drop display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.
The Nokia G50 will be powered by SD480 SoC which is the cheaper 5G chipset from Qualcomm. The Nokia G50 comes with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage with microSD card support. Nokia G50 also gets IP52 certified making them dust and water-resistant.
The Nokia G50 features triple-cameras with 48MP with 5MP ultra-wide and a 2MP depth sensor with LED flash. There is an 8MP selfie shooter.
The connectivity option includes a USB Type-C port, Wifi, Dual SIM with 5G, 4G LTE, and VoLTE support, a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, A-GPS, and GLONASS with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It packs a 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charge support. The Nokia G50 runs on Android 11 OS and gets a dedicated Google Assistant key.
