Samsung Galaxy S21 FE

The Galaxy S21 FE, Samsung’s low-cost flagship, was supposed to be unveiled during the Unpacked event in August. Later it was delayed until October as a stand-alone device.

Korean manufacturer Samsung has postponed the debut of the Galaxy S21 FE altogether. With exciting sales of Galaxy Z Flip3 and an impending chip scarcity in the smartphone industry in 2021.

In the middle of October, Samsung had planned an Unpacked event. However, a company official has confirmed that it will not take place. Further, the source mentions team is now evaluating whether or not the phone will go on sale at all. With a Snapdragon 888 processor, the Galaxy Z Flip3 is already doing well, and it’s the exact same chipset that the Galaxy S21 FE is rumored to have.

Since there’s a great deal of uncertainty in the chip production lines, Samsung is being forced to make a difficult choice between the foldable, which is still a jaw-dropping smartphone and represents the company’s capabilities as a technological leader, and the Galaxy S21 lineup’s value-for-money leader.
