OPPO A55 5G was launched in China earlier this year and the 4G version has recently appeared on the NCC Taiwan certification website. 91mobiles has obtained an exclusive first look at the OPPO A55 4G.
The OPPO A55 4G has a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The top bezel has a speaker/microphone. The left side has the volume rocker, while the right has the power button with a fingerprint sensor. The phone has a rectangular triple camera setup on the back with an LED flash, led by a 50MP primary camera. A large bezel surrounds the display. It comes in three colors: black, green, and gradient blue.
Sadly, the certification doesn’t reveal its specifications, but the 5000mAh battery and 18W fast-charging support suggested otherwise.
Specifications for the Oppo A55 5G include an HD+ display (7201600 pixels) with 88.7 percent screen-to-body ratio, 71% NTSC color gamut (71%), and 480nits peak brightness (Standard 60Hz). With 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, the phone has a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. It comes pre-installed with Android 11 and ColorOS 11 and a 5000mAh battery with 10W fast charging. The device measures 163.975.78.4mm and weighs 186 grams.
