Apple also introduces the new 9th gen of iPad today. The new iPad 9 comes with an outdated chipset which probably increases the performance when compared with the predecessor. The new eighth-generation iPad will arrive in silver and space gray finishes.

The new Apple iPad 9th Gen will sport 10.2 inches Retina display with a resolution of 2160×1620p which is covered by an Oleophobic coating. The device weighs 469 grams for Wifi only and 478 grams for Wifi+4G and is just 7.5mm thick.
Processor & Camera:
The new iPad 9th Gen is powered by an outdated A13 Bionic chip with Neural Engine. The new Apple iPad 9th Gen will come in two variants with 64GB and 256GB. On the front, there is a 12MP selfie FaceTine HD camera with an aperture of f/2.2 & an 8MP rear camera with an aperture of f/2.4.
Battery & Connectivity:
The Apple iPad 9th Gen will come in Wifi Only and Wifi+4G LTE variants. The connectivity option includes Bluetooth 4.2, Dual Band Wifi, HT80 with MIMO, and support for TouchID. All this is fueled by a 32.4 watts/hr battery which can last for 10 hours on Wifi. The Apple iPad 9th Gen is running on iPadOS 15.
Pricing:
Apple iPad 9th Gen is priced at $329 (Rs.24,300/-) for base 64GB with Wifi only variants and goes up to $459 (Rs.33,800/-) for 64GB Wifi+4G variant. The Apple iPad 9th Gen will go on sale from Sept 24 in the US. The Apple iPad 9th Gen with 64GB Wifi Only will cost Rs.30,990/- and Rs.42,990 for Wifi+LTE in India.
