Samsung has announced that it will give the new Galaxy A52s precisely the same cameras as the first Galaxy A52. It is becoming more apparent that only the processor is the main distinction between these two models.
Since the beginning, it’s been evident that Samsung will replace the Galaxy A52 5G (which is very rare) with a brand new model called Galaxy A52s. The Galaxy A52s will be equipped with a different processor to avoid chip shortages in the electronics market. However, are there any other differences with the A52 5G?
Earlier, a benchmark revealed that the Galaxy A52s would be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G processor. The processor is faster than the Snapdragon 750G processor, which isn’t available in the Galaxy A52 5G. Yesterday also saw the first images of the Galaxy A52sthat have the same design as the A52 models. The suspicion arose that the processor might be the only different unique characteristic of the A52s.
Today we can conclude from our research that the Galaxy A52s also comes with the same cameras as the initial A52 models. The primary camera is equipped with a 64MP sensor. Additionally, it has a 12MP wide-angle camera, a macro camera, and a depth camera of 5MP. The front camera again comes with a resolution of 32MP. Additionally, we can confirm that the Galaxy A52s has the same 4500 mAh battery capacity.
The Galaxy A52s will cost approximately EUR450. This is just one-tenth of the cost of the original Galaxy A52 5G. The processor is similar to the Galaxy S21 series in terms of performance. It is also more powerful than other models of the A52.
We expect the device to reach the first stores in Europe in the first week of September. Furthermore, it is evident that soon you’ll be able to purchase it in the Netherlands. The A52 5G has been sold almost everywhere. We do not expect a 4G model. But, the current model equipped with 4G is available. It’s not long before you can buy the Galaxy A52s in white, black and light purple, but also green.
