Now ahead of the official launch we got a new leak that reveals the battery details of the new Pixel 5a.
As per the source, Google has now sent out the unit of the Pixel 5a to the repair shop ahead of the launch. The images are been circulated online shows the alleged Pixel 5a battery and other components. From the image, we got to know that Pixel 5a will ship out with a huge battery found on any Pixel to date.
Yes, the new Pixel 5a will pack a 4680 mAh battery now which is the biggest battery found on any Pixel. The images also show that Pixel 5a looks a lot similar to last year’s Pixel 4a 5G but the only difference is that this time the device comes with a plastic power key instead of rubber on the original. The Pixel 5a will still ship with a 3.5 mm audio jack that was even present on the predecessor.
Lastly, the source tipped that Google might launch the new Pixel 5a on Aug 17 and will be limited to the US & Japan.
