Looks like we got the third flagship this month after the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4, Galaxy Z Fold3 & Flip3 we have now the Honor Magic3 series. Yes, Honor announces the three new flagships under the new Honor Magic3 series with Honor Magic3, Honor Magic3 Pro & Honor Magic3 Pro Plus. The new Honor Magic3 comes in Golden Hour and Blue Hour models that get synthetic leather. The Black and White colour of Honor Magic3 gets the glass back. The Honor Magic3 Pro comes in Golden Hour, Black and White colours.
Honor Magic3 & Honor Magic3 Pro:
Honor Magic3 & Honor Magic3 Pro will look similar in terms of design & comes with similar specs. The new Honor Magic3 & Honor Magic3 Pro will come with a curved dual punch hole notch display on the front. On the back, the new Honor Magic3 & Honor Magic3 Pro will feature a huge circular camera module carrying quad-rear cameras with LED flash. It measures 8.9mm thick and weighs 213g.
The new Honor Magic3 & Honor Magic3 Pro sports the same QHD+(2772*1334p) curved OLED pill-shaped display with 120Hz refresh rates. It features HDR10+ support and also comes with 10-bit colour output. The new Honor Magic3 & Honor Magic3 Pro are powered by SD888+ SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage options.
The Honor Magic3 & Honor Magic3 Pro features 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor coupled with 13MP ultra-wide sensor and a 64MP monochrome sensor with LED flash. Now the Pro model comes with an additional 64MP telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom & 100x digital zoom. On the front, the Honor Magic3 & Honor Magic3 Pro features a 13MP main selfie shooter coupled with a 3D depth sensor.
IMAX’s partnership with Honor makes LOG video recording possible, which Honor says will improve image quality and increase post-production editing flexibility. Additionally, the phones support eight 3D LUT colour grading profiles for enhancing video content.
The new Honor Magic3 & Honor Magic3 Pro packs the same 4600 mAh battery with 66W wired and 50W Qi Wireless charging support. The Honor Magic3 comes with an IP54 rating & the Honor Magic3 Pro with an IP68 rating making it dust and water-resistant. Both the devices run on Android 11 with Magic UI 5.0 on top.
Both the device gets Dual SIM with 4G LTE and 5G support, A-GPS, GLONASS, GPS, Dual Band Wifi, USB Type-C Port, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, Linear Motor Vibrator.
The new Honor Magic3 pricing starts from €899 (Rs.78,300/-) whereas the Honor Magic3 Pro starts from €1,099 (Rs.95,800/-) in Europe. The Honor Magic3 with 8GB+128GB cost 4599 Yuan (Rs.53,000/-) & Magic3 Pro at 5999 Yuan (Rs.68,800/-) for 8GB+256GB.
Honor Magic3 Pro+:
Honor also introduced the super-premium flagship with Honor Magic3 Pro+. The new Honor Magic3 Pro+ comes in two colours with Ceramic Black or Ceramic White. It again looks similar to Honor Magic3 Pro from the front but gets a completely different back. The Honor Magic3 Pro+ again sports the curved OLED panel on the front with bezel-less sides.
On the back, we got a Hexagonal-shaped camera module carrying four cameras with LED flash. It comes with metal chassis with a Nano-Ceramic back panel which is really durable.
The Honor Magic3 Pro+ sports new 6.67 inches QHD+ Flex OLED display with 89-degrees curvatures on either side. It also features 120Hz refresh rates along with HDR10+ support. Further, the display is now protected by Nano Crystal Shield which is three times stronger than any other protective glass. The new Honor Magic3 Pro+ is powered by SD888+ SoC coupled with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage options.
The new Honor Magic3 Pro+ also gets an upgraded Sony IMX700 50MP main sensor with 1.22um pixel size & 1/1.28″ sensor size. The sensor also comes with a 23mm f/1.9 lens and supports Full Pixel Octa PD AutoFocus. There is a 64MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.4 aperture and 1/2″ sensor size. The remaining two are the 64MP telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom & 100x digital zoom and 64MP (f/1.8) monochrome sensor with LED flash. Lastly, there is an 8×8 dTOF sensor which turns out to be the fifth sensor.
