Samsung has again launched another rebranded phone under the F-series with Galaxy F22 in India. The new Galaxy F22 is nothing but the affordable version of Galaxy A22 4G. The new Galaxy F22 will be exclusive to Flipkart and Samsung.com and will go on sale from July 13. It comes in two colors with Denim Black and Denim Blue colors.
The new Galaxy F22 comes with an Infinity-U display again which is disappointing. The camera layout is similar to one found on the Galaxy M42 5G with a square-shaped camera cut-out featuring quad-cameras.
It again features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner along with volume rockers. The new Galaxy F22 sports 6.4 inches HD+ Super AMOLED display. It will feature a 90Hz refresh rate display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. It weighs 203g and measures 9.4mm thick.
The Galaxy F22 is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 SoC coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 128GB/64GB storage. It also got an option to expand the storage through a microSD card slot. The Galaxy F22 features a 48MP main sensor coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide and dual 5MP macro plus depth sensor with LED flash.
There is a 13MP selfie shooter under the Infinity-U notch. All this is backed by a 6000 mAh battery with 25W fast charge support. It runs on Android 11 OS with One UI 3.1 on top. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, 3.5 mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port.
The new Galaxy F22 with 4GB+64GB will start at Rs.12,499/- and the 6GB+128GB at Rs.14,499/- in India. The launch offer includes a flat INR 1000 off for the first sale on Flipkart.
