The Realme Pad seems closer to being launched. Twitter user Sudhanshu Ambrore has listed the key camera specs of the purported tablet online as it gets closer to launch. According to the post, the Realme Pad would have identical front- and rear cameras. This is an important detail since video conferencing became a crucial task after the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to the post, Realme Pad’s 8MP rear camera features a 1/3.6″ type image sensor, autofocus, standard angle cameras with f/2.8 lenses, and an electronic stabilizer. The front-facing camera features identical specifications, except that it doesn’t have an autofocus unit but rather has a fixed-focus layout. The tablet has excellent video conferencing capabilities, likely because the rear and front cameras have the same resolution.
Realme Tab is expected to launch the Realme Pad soon. However, it isn’t clear if Realme might immediately make the tablet available in global markets like India or restrict its availability to China. Numerous leaks have suggested that the tablet might feature a flattened side panel similar to Apple’s iPad Pro. Even in the design leaks, the tablet revealed one rear camera unit.
Realme Pads will have a 7,000mAh capacity battery. But it remains to been seen whether the battery lasts long enough. Realme always offers strong value propositions with its products, and the upcoming tablet should be an exciting one.
The tablet, along with the Realme Book notebook, will mark new categories. Realme Book began its journey with smartphones. But, it has since expanded to smartwatches.
