In the past, we saw Micromax planning to launch some budget phones with alleged Micromax IN 2B & Micromax IN 2C in India. We also got the official teaser for the next No Hang phone launch which is scheduled for July 30 in India. Now we have spotted some new phones again which might turn out to be the upcoming Micromax IN 2 or the Micromax IN Note 2.
As per the source, the alleged Micromax IN 2 or the Micromax IN Note 2 is listed as Micromax E7446 on Geekbench. It is running on Android 11 OS out of the box. The alleged Micromax IN 2 or Micromax IN Note 2 is now powered by MediaTek MT6785 SoC which turns out to be the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC.
It is coupled with 4GB RAM and probably comes with a 64GB/128GB storage option. The new Micromax IN 2 or the Micromax IN Note 2 managed to secure 500 points in the single-core test and 1,546 points in the multi-core test. As the Micromax IN 1 came with model number E6746 and Micromax IN Note 1 with E7746. We expect the listed device might be the successor of either two with Micromax IN 2 or Micromax IN Note 2.
