Looks like Realme is planning to disrupt the smartphone market in India with its upcoming budget 5G phone. In the past, Realme has launched many devices under various price ranges. Now we got a new report that hints that the Jio Phone 5G killer is here and now it’s from Realme.

According to the source, they have an interview with Realme India and Europe CEO Madhav Seth where he revealed the affordable 5G phone launch. As per the interview, Realme’s CEO announced that they are planning to introduce the cheapest 5G phone in India. It will be priced under $100 or Rs.7000/- in India as per the company.

He also hinted that the 5G phone is going to soon land in India probably during the festive season. Sadly, the question about when exactly it’s going to launch has got no answer. But Realme has a bigger challenge to make the huge quantity for the 5G phone as the pandemic has already hit major manufacturing plants.

Further, Realme wants to sell almost 60 lakhs smartphones this Diwali which is their main target for now. No details about the specs nor the name of the upcoming Realme cheaper 5G phone.
