Looks like we got some new leaks that confirm that Qualcomm’s next flagship chipset is expected to launch soon next. After the tipster leaking the complete specs of the next flagship chipset from Qualcomm aka SM8450. Now we got a new report that the chipset is already under testing by all major smartphone brands.
As per the tipster, Qualcomm has already offered its next year flagship chipset SM8450 SoC to major Chinese smartphone brands. The source claims that several of the top Chinese smartphone makers are already sampling the new SM8450 SoC. Further, the source also confirmed that SM8450 SoC will be based on 4nm process.
Lastly, the source also mentioned that SM8450 SoC is way faster than the SD888 SoC and SD865 SoC. Anyway, as per leaks, the SM8450 SoC will come with a new ARMv9 based architecture with Kryo 780 cores and the Adreno 730 GPU. It also gets a FastConnect 6900 chip with Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity. The new SM8450 will also come with a new Snapdragon X65 5G modem built within the chipset.
