Honor has now finally launched not one or two but three new smartphones under the Honor 50 series today. The new Honor 50 series includes Honor 50, Honor 50 Pro, and budget Honor 50 SE. All three looks identical in terms of design but comes with different internals. As of now, the Honor 50 series are limited to China only with no word about global launch and availability.
Honor 50 SE:
Design:
The new Honor 50 SE will come with a different design from the competition but looks similar to Honor 50. The new Honor 50 SE will sport a single punch-hole display and features a huge oval camera cut-out at the back. The phone measures 164.73 x 75.63 x 8mm and weighs 191 grams.
Specs:
The new Honor 50 SE will sport 6.78 inches FHD+ LTPS LCD display with no support for a higher refresh rate. The new Honor 50 SE will be the second phone with MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage.
It will feature a 100MP f/1.9 main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide f/2.2 lens, and a 2MP f/2.4 macro camera. On the front, the phone gets a 16MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole. The device gets Dual SIM with 4G LTE and 5G support, A-GPS, GLONASS, GPS, Dual Band Wifi, USB Type-C Port, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, Linear Motor Vibrator.
All this is packed by a 4000 mAh battery with 66W fast charge support. It runs on Android 11 with Magic UI 4.0 on top.

The next is the mid-range Honor 50 & Honor 50 Pro which looks identical in terms of design but comes with a different display style. The new Honor 50 will sport a single punch-hole display and Honor 50 Pro with pill-shaped notch carrying dual selfie cameras.
On the back, both the new Honor 50 & Honor 50 Pro comes with huge camera cut-out carrying quad-cameras similar to the Huawei P50 series. Honor 50 measures 159.96mm × 73.76mm × 7.78mm and weighs 175 grams whereas the Honor 50 Pro measures 163.46mm × 74.66mm × 8.05mm and weighs 187 grams.
