Realme has now announced its latest 5G phone in India with Realme 8 5G. After the Thailand launch, the new Realme 8 5G has just landed in India today. The Realme 8 5G will come in two colors with Supersonic Blue and Supersonic Black. It will go on sale through Flipkart right from April 28.

Design:
Realme 8 5G does feature a polycarbonate back with a matte finish. The Realme 8 5G measures 8.5 mm thick & weighs around 185g in weight. It comes with an all-new design featuring a huge square-shaped camera setup on the back and a punch-hole display on the front. Realme 8 5G which too looks identical to the Realme 8 with a square-shaped quad-camera setup and LED flash.
Specs:
The Realme 8 5G will sport 6.5 inches IPS LCD FHD+ display with standard 90Hz refresh rates. It comes with side-mounted fingerprint scanner support. The Realme 8 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage options. It does feature a dedicated microSD card slot.

The Realme 8 5G will again come with the 48MP triple-camera setup which we saw in many of the Realme phones in the past. The Realme 8 5G features a 48MP Samsung GM1 main sensor with an aperture of f/1.7 with EIS, with 2MP 4cm macro sensor & 2MP B&W portrait camera with an aperture of f/2.4 with LED flash.
There is a 16MP selfie shooter on Realme 8 5G. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE, 5G, and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Dual Frequency (L1 + L5) GPS, NavIC, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack with Hi-Res support, FM Radio and Bluetooth 5.0. The Realme 5G comes with a 5000 mAh battery along with 18W Dart fast charging support.
The new Realme 8 5G runs on Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0 on top.
