After the back-to-back launches of affordable A-series phones in India with Oppo A74 5G and Oppo A54. Now the company has announced its third affordable 5G phone with Oppo A53s 5G landing soon in India. Yes, the official Flipkart listing just revealed the key specs and launch date of the new Oppo A53s 5G.
As per the listing, the new Oppo A53s 5G looks similar to the recently launched Oppo A55 5G in China. Yes, the new Oppo A53s 5G will feature Realme 7 like triple rear cameras with LED flash and 5G branding. It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner which also doubles up as a power button.
Sadly, the listing doesn’t show the front look of the Oppo A53s 5G, as it’s rebranded A55 5G which sports a typical waterdrop display on the front. The company just mentioned that Oppo A53s 5G will be their cheapest 5G phone in India and will be arriving with MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. Lastly, the company also mentioned that the Oppo A53s 5G will be priced under Rs.15,000/- in India.
Looks like Realme 8 5G has got worthy competition from its own sister company Oppo. As per leaks, the Oppo A53s 5G will sport 6.5 inches HD+ IPS LCD display on the front. It will ship with 13MP main along with dual 2MP macro plus depth sensor with LED flash. There is an 8MP selfie sensor on the front. All this is packed with a 5000 mAh battery with 10W charging support.
