Nokia has finally launched its new set of series with X-series and G-series today. The devices under the X-series will come with 5G support whereas the G-series with 4G only. The new Nokia X-series includes Nokia X10 & Nokia X20 whereas the G-series with Nokia G10 & Nokia G20.
Nokia X10 & Nokia X20:
After a long wait, Nokia has finally launched some interesting budget 5G phones today with its latest X-series. Yes, Nokia has finally ditched its number game and announces alphanumerical branding. The new devices include Nokia X10 5G and Nokia X20 5G. The new Nokia X20 will come in Midnight Sun and Nordic Blue & Nokia X10 in Forest and Snow colors.
The Nokia X10 & X20 weighs over 180g and measures 8.8 mm thick. The new Nokia X10 & Nokia X20 look identical to each other and the only difference is in terms of storage and RAM. The new Nokia X10 & Nokia X20 sports 6.67 inches FHD+ IPS LCD punch-hole display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.
The Nokia X10 & Nokia X20 will be powered by SD480 SoC which is the cheaper 5G chipset from Qualcomm. The Nokia X10 comes with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage whereas the Nokia X20 with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB storage only. Nokia X10 & X20 also gets IP52 certified making them dust and water-resistant.
The Nokia X10 & Nokia X20 features quad-cameras with 48MP and 64MP on the latter. There is a 5MP ultra-wide and dual 2MP macro plus depth sensor with LED flash. It comes with Zeiss branded sensors. Both of them feature a 32MP selfie shooter.
The connectivity option includes a USB Type-C port, Wifi, Dual SIM with 5G, 4G LTE, and VoLTE support, a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, A-GPS, and GLONASS with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It packs a 4470 mAh battery with 18W fast charge support. The Nokia X10 & X20 runs on Android 11 OS and gets a dedicated Google Assistant key.
Pricing:
The Nokia X10 price starts at 310 Euros (Rs.27,600/-) and will go on sale from June 2021. The Nokia X20 price starts at 350 Euros (Rs.31,100/-) and will be available from May.
