Xiaomi is all set to launch the cheaper flagship with the new Mi 11 Lite next but with 5G for Global users. Now we have some interesting news that might disappoint many as Xiaomi might launch the 4G only version of Mi 11 Lite here in India. Yes, Xiaomi will follow Samsung and announce bot 4G and 5G variants of the budget flagship Mi 11 Lite based on regions.
As per the source, Xiaomi is planning to bring two variants of the Mi 11 Lite one with 4G and the other with 5G. In previous leaks, we got to know the key specs of the Mi 11 Lite 5G which carried on the Google Play Console listing. Now the source revealed that Mi 11 Lite 4G is codenamed ‘courbet’ with ‘courbet_global’ and ‘courbetin_india’ names depending on regions.
Further, the Mi 11 Lite 4G will come with model number M2101K9AG which is running on Android 11 OS. The Mi 11 Lite 4G might sport an FHD+ AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rates. The new Mi 11 Lite 4G might disappoint in terms of performance as it will use SM7125 aka SD720G SoC this time.
The new Mi 11 Lite 4G will feature triple-rear cameras and will retain the design as Mi 11. It will feature a 64MP Samsung GW2 main sensor. The Global model will get the macro lens whereas the third sensor in Indian variant gets a depth sensor.
The device comes with 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage options. It will come in Black, Blue and Pink colours along with Bluetooth 5.1 and Dual Band Wifi support. The Mi 11 Lite 4G will pack a 4250 mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
