Oppo finally launched the all-new Oppo Reno5 series which includes Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G & Oppo Reno5 in China today. The new Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G & Oppo Reno5 are nothing but downgraded version of Oppo Reno4 series but with slight improvement in terms of performance. The OPPO Reno5 5G comes in Aurora Blue, Midnight Black and Glitter Blue colours whereas the Reno5 Pro 5G comes in Glitter Blue, Aurora Blue, Midnight Black colours.
Oppo Reno5 & Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G:
The new Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G & Oppo Reno5 looks identical with a scratch-resistant body that comes with an all-metal design. The Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G measures 7.6 mm thick & weighs 172g whereas the Oppo Reno5 with 7.8mm and weighs 180g. The new Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G will sport 6.55 inches FHD+ 3D Curved AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rates whereas the Oppo Reno4 with 6.43 inches same as the Pro. Both the devices will come with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top.
The new Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G & Oppo Reno5 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SoC & SD765G SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options.
The Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G comes with 48MP main Sony sensor with f/1.7 aperture, EIS support, 8MP 120° ultra-wide camera with dual 2MP depth and macro sensor with LED flash. The Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G & Oppo Reno5 comes with single 32MP selfie shooter with f/2.4 aperture.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE, 5G (Dual Band support) and VoLTE, Wifi-6, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, FM Radio, and USB Type-C port. It features in-display fingerprint scanner support. The Oppo Reno5 and Oppo Reno5 Pro comes with 4300 mAh battery with 65W Super Flash charging support. Both the device runs on Android 11 with ColorOS 11 on top.

The Oppo Reno5 5G cost 2699 Yuan (Rs.30,500/-) for 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB at 2999 Yuan (Rs.33,800/-) in China. The Reno5 Pro 5G with 8GB+128GB at 3399 Yuan (Rs.38,300/-) and 12GB+256GB at 3799 Yuan (Rs.42,500/-) in China. The new Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G & Oppo Reno5 will go on sale from Dec 18 in China. Oppo will also introduce the premium Oppo Reno5 Pro+ on Dec 24.
