Looks like after Galaxy M51 success we have finally got a successor to Galaxy M40 with Galaxy M42 in the works. Yes, previously we saw Samsung ditching the Galaxy M41 for the Galaxy M51 but that’s not going to stop the brand from launching the next successor aka Galaxy M42.
As per the source, the alleged Galaxy M42 has been spotted on various certification websites. The alleged Galaxy M42 is listed with the Samsung EB-BM425ABY battery model on the 3C listing. The listing further mentions that the Galaxy M42 will pack in a lower 6000 mAh battery. Yes, Samsung will bring down the battery capacity down to 6000 mAh from 7000 mAh on Galaxy M51.
The listing mentions a 5830 mAh battery but we can take it as a 6000 mAh battery on the Galaxy M42. Not just 3C, the alleged Galaxy M42 with the same model has been already certified by DEKRA & BIS in India. So we can expect the Galaxy M42 to launch soon in India.
