Previously we saw Galaxy A12 & Galaxy M12 hitting various certifications. We even got Samsung plans to launch Galaxy M02s too. Now finally the new budget phone Galaxy A12 has hit Geekbench ahead of the 2021 launch.
As per the source, the new Galaxy A12 is listed as SM-A125F which is running on Android 10 OS. The new Galaxy A12 is now powered by outdated MediaTek Helio P35 SoC coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. This is not the first time Samsung planning to introduce MediaTek chipset on Galaxy A series we even got the Galaxy A31 powered by MediaTek chipset.
The Galaxy A12 disappoints with a lower single-core score of 169 and a multi-core score of 1001. Further, the source confirms that Galaxy A12 might even have a higher 64GB variant too. Anyway, more details will be out in the coming weeks. Stay Tuned for the latest updates.

As per the source, Samsung might soon launch its cheapest smartphone with Galaxy A12. The report reveals that the Galaxy A12 will have almost similar internals and looks exactly similar to the predecessor. The Galaxy A12 will still sport the same 6.4 inches HD+ Infinity-O IPS LCD display.
The device will retain the same triple rear cameras with 13MP+5MP+2MP with LED flash and 8MP selfie shooter. Sadly, no word about the processor powering the new Galaxy A12. The Galaxy A12 will also bring some minor improvements with a larger 4000 mAh battery and double the internal memory with 64GB internal storage. The device will still pack 3GB RAM and will make the Galaxy A12 the cheapest Samsung phone with 64GB storage.
