Looks like we have got another major update for the custom skin aka One UI 2.5. Yes, Samsung has now begun rolling out the major One UI 2.5 update to two more smartphones with Galaxy A51 & Galaxy S9.
As per the source, Samsung has started pushing out the new One UI 2.5 update two devices Galaxy A51 & Galaxy S9. The new One UI 2.5 update will bring some new additions to Galaxy A51 & Galaxy S9 series. Yes, the Galaxy S9 & Galaxy S9+ receives its last major update with One UI 2.5. The new update will bring the support for wireless DeX which allows to run DeX wirelessly on any TV that supports screen mirroring and use the phone’s display as a touchpad.
Not just that Galaxy S9 series will also get smarter Samsung Keyboard and also YouTube search function with Single Take mode on the camera. Samsung also confirms that Galaxy S9 & S9+ will no longer receive any major Android or One UI 3.0 update in the future and the new One UI 2.5 update is its last major update.
Apart from that, Samsung has also started rolling the major One UI 2.5 update to its super popular phone Galaxy A51. As per the source, the Galaxy A51 is now receiving two surprises one is the One UI 2.5 and other is the latest Oct month security patch. Currently, the rollout has been started in Russia and will be expanded to more countries in the coming weeks. The new update adds Always On Display functionality to Bitmoji and some bug fixes.
