Looks like Reliance Jio is planning to update its JioPhonefeature phone lineup with new JioPhone 3 next. Previously we got rumours about the Android 4G phone and even affordable 5G phone in works. Now we have a leak that reveals the specs of the new JioPhone 3 along with pricing details.
As per the source, the new JioPhone 3 will look similar to original JioPhone with Candybar form factor. Yes, again the device will use T9 keypad below the display and comes with the all-plastic body. As per the source, the JioPhone 3 will come with same 2.4 inches QVGA TFT display on the front.
It is powered by Dual-core ARM Cortex processor coupled with 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage. It comes with a dedicated microSD card slot. The JioPhone 3 comes with a 2MP rear camera with fixed focus & VGA selfie shooter.
The JioPhone 3 packs 1500 mAh battery and runs on Kai OS out of the box. The connectivity options include Single SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, micro USB port, 3.5 mm audio jack, FM Radio, Wifi support. The new JioPhone 3 is expected to go official later next week or early November in India. As per the source, the JioPhone 3 will be priced under Rs.999/- in India.
