Sony has finally announced the pricing details of the much-awaited gaming console Sony PS5 today. The new Sony PlayStation 5 series will start selling from November as per the announcement. So one has to wait till November to get their hands-on their PS5.
During the launch event, Sony finally revealed the pricing and availability details of the new Sony PlayStation 5 series. The new Sony PlayStation 5 Digital Edition will cost around $399 (Rs.29,500/-) in the US, £359.99 (Rs. 34,400) in the UK, €399.99 (Rs. 34,800) in Europe, AU$599.95 (Rs. 32,300) in Australia, and ¥39,980 (Rs. 28,000) in Japan.
Further, the standard Sony PlayStation 5 priced at $499.99 (Rs. 36,800) in the US, £449.99 (Rs. 43,000) in the UK, €499.99 (Rs. 43,500) in Europe, AU$749.95 (Rs. 40,300) in Australia, and ¥49,980 (Rs. 35,000) in Japan. The new Sony PlayStation 5 & Sony PlayStation 5 Digital Edition will go on sale from November 12 in countries like US, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea. Whereas the rest of the World except China from November 19. Sadly, no word on Indian launch and availability at the moment.
Sony also revealed the prices of additional accessories like DualSense Wireless Controller will cost $69.99 (Rs. 5,200), Pulse 3D wireless headset cost $99.99 (Rs. 7,400), PlayStation HD Camera comes in at $59.99 (Rs.4500/-), Media Remote & DualSense Charging Station at $29.99 (Rs. 2,200).
