Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi has finally launched its so-called Desh Ka Smartphone with Redmi 9A in India today. The new Redmi 9A will arrive in three colours with Midnight Black, Sea Blue and Nature Green. The new Redmi 9A will go on sale from Sept 4 through Mi.com, Amazon and all leading Mi Home across India.
The new Redmi 9A with 2GB+32GB cost Rs.6,799/- and the top-end 3GB+32GB comes at a price tag of Rs.7,499/- in India.
Design & Display:
The new Redmi 9A look identical to predecessor from the front & back with waterfall display. The Redmi 9A comes with a polycarbonate back, measures 9.0 mm thick and weighs around 194g. Redmi 9A sports 6.53 inches HD+ IPS LCD dot drop screen.
Processor:
The Redmi 9A is powered by MediaTek Helio G25 which is the latest budget gaming chipset. The Redmi 9A comes with 2GB/3GB RAM and 32GB storage with dedicated microSD card slot.
Cameras:
The Redmi 9A features 13MP f/2.2 single rear camera with LED flash. On the front, the Redmi 9A features 5MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.2.
Connectivity & Battery:
The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, Wifi, USB Type-C port, FM Radio and 3.5 mm audio jack. The Redmi 9C features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Redmi 9A packs 5000 mAh battery with 10W fast charging and runs on Android 10 with MIUI 11 on top.
