Previously we saw Samsung all set to work on the new Galaxy S21 series which will again include three devices. We even spotted the alleged Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ & Galaxy S21 Ultra passing through various certification in China. Now we finally have spotted the premium Galaxy S21+ spotted on Geekbench listing.
As per the source, the new Galaxy S21+ is listed as SM-G996B which is running on Android 11 out of the box. Previously we had spotted the same model aka SM-G996B passing through 3C listing and now the device has just passed through Geekbench. The new Galaxy S21+ comes powered by all-new Exynos 2100 SoC which is coupled with 8GB RAM.
The alleged Exynos 1000 SoC might be codenamed as Exynos2100 SoC and will be powering the Galaxy S21+ next year. The device managed to secure 1038 under single and 3060 under multi-core test which isn’t that impressive. So we might yet again get less powerful chipset on the next year Galaxy S21+ too.
