Looks like Samsung all set to introduce the next set of A-series smartphone by end of this year with the new Galaxy A42. previously we saw reports revealing that Galaxy A42 will be the upcoming budget 5G phone from Samsung. We even got a few reports revealing the battery details of the new Galaxy A42.
Now the same source has managed to get their hands on some more details about the new Galaxy A42. As per the source, the new Galaxy A42 will ship with quad-rear cameras and LED flash. The device will feature 48MP main sensor along with 5MP depth sensor with LED flash. Sadly, we are still unknown about the Ultra-wide secondary sensor which could retain the same 25MP sensor from Galaxy A41.
Apart from this nothing much about the new Galaxy A42 is revealed. The new Galaxy A42 will ship with SD690 SoC with 5G support coupled with 4GB RAM. It will pack 5000 mAh battery and runs on Android 11 out of the box. The new Galaxy A42 will not launch anytime sooner than early 2021.
