Yes, the popular tipster has just dug out some interesting leaks that reveal the roadmap of the upcoming Asus budget and mid-range devices. As per the tipster, Asus might be planning to launch not one nor two but four new devices under budget to mid-range segment later this year.
All the four devices will come with Qualcomm based processor which are codenamed as “Lito”, “Lagoon”, “Bengal”, and “Scuba”. Further, the source also revealed that Asus Zenfone Max M3 might ship with SD690 SoC aka the codename Lagoon, the Zenfone Max Pro M3 with Lito aka SD765G. The Asus Zenfone Max M3 Lite with SD662 or SD460 SoC with codename Bengal and the last might be the cheapest phone with SD200 series SoC aka the Scuba.
So we can expect Asus to jump into the mid-range market with cheaper 5G handset that is the Zenfone Max M3 & Zenfone Max Pro M3 which might target the sub-20K segment. Sadly, nothing much about the devices yet known.
