After announcing the mid-range and flagship series by iQOO the company has now made its entry to the budget segment. Yes, Vivo sub-brand iQOO has finally launched the new U-series smartphone with iQOO U1. With just a week after announcing the iQOO Z1x we now got the new iQOO U1.

The new iQOO U1 comes in three colours with Star blue, Secret Black, Sunny frost white. The iQOO U1 with 6GB+64GB cost 1198 Yuan (Rs.12,900/-), 6GB+128GB at 1398 Yuan (Rs.15,000/-) and 8GB+128GB at 1598 Yuan (Rs.17,200/-) in China. It will go on sale from July 23 in China.

The new iQOO U1 looks similar to Vivo Y30s in terms of design. It weighs about 190 grams and measures 8.46 mm thick.

The new iQOO U1 sports 6.53 inches FHD+ 20:3 aspect ratio IPS LCD. The iQOO U1 is powered by SD720G SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB storage options.

The new iQOO U1 features triple-rear cameras with 48MP Sony IMX582 sensor having an aperture of f/1.79 with EIS, 2MP depth and 2MP Macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 with LED flash. The device uses an 8MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.0. The iQOO U1 features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack. The new iQOO U1 packs 5000 mAh battery with 18W Super Flash Charge support and run on Android 10 with iQOO UI 1.0 on top.
