Xiaomi entered into the Laptop segment in India earlier this month with the new Mi Notebook 14 series. Now Xiaomi is looking to expand its reach under the affordable segment with new RedmiBooks laptops in India. Yes, new reports reveal that RedmiBooks are finally landing in India soon.
As per the report, Xiaomi is planning to introduce the new RedmiBooks under the affordable segment soon in India. The pricing of the RedmiBooks will start from as low as Rs.20,000/- in India. Yes, with leading laptop brands start their range from Rs.25,000/- Xiaomi might launch the new RedmiBooks as low as Rs.20,000/- in India.
The source also reveals that the starting range of RedmiBooks might come with the latest Intel Core i3 or Core i5 processors. Sadly, the new RedmiBooks will not have SSD storage instead will rely on HDD. The source reveals that the RedmiBooks with Intel Core i3 will start from Rs.25,000 or even low as Rs.20,000/- and will go up to Rs.33,000/- in India.
The new RedmiBooks which will be launching in India will be different from one launched in China and will be manufactured in India. Further, the RedmiBooks will come with a plastic body and will lead to competitive pricing. It will be available in various colours and will have long-lasting battery life upto 10 hours. The RedmiBooks will come with wide range of connectivity options and will run on Windows 10 Hom Edition.
The RedmiBooks are expected to land in India by sometime in mid-July to mid-August.
