Previously teasers revealed that POCO is planning to launch its next smartphone probably Made for India. We even got rumours suggesting that the next phone might be the POCO F2 or the POCO F2 Pro. Now we official interview of POCO India GM Manmohan C who revealed some of the details of the next POCO device.
As per the interview, the POCO GM clearly stated that as of now there are no plans of launching the POCO F2 Pro in India. He also revealed that there is the possibility of launching the POCO F2 Pro in the near future. Further, Manmohan revealed that they are planning for all-new series which is specifically Made for India.
So indirectly POCO confirms that the next smartphone launch in India will be the new POCO M2 Pro. Yes, the POCO M2 Pro is nothing but rebranded Redmi Note 9 global variant which never launched in India. Further, POCO GM also stated that the POCO phone UI will never have any ads even in future devices.
Lastly, he revealed that POCO Pop Buds might be the rebranded version of MI TWS products. Anyway, we have to wait for the official launch which might happen in the next 20 days or early July.
