Last year Samsung announced its refreshed A-series smartphone the Galaxy A51 & Galaxy A71. It even landed in India earlier this year and finally getting the major update now. Yes, Samsung has now started rolling out the new One UI 2.1 update to the latest Galaxy A51.
As per the source, the new Galaxy A51 becomes the next smartphone to receive the latest One UI 2.1 update after Galaxy Note 10 series and S10 series. The new update also brings some new features like AR Emoji, Quick Share, Music Share, new Gallery app & Samsung keyboard.
The new update also brings April 2020 security patch along with One UI 2.1. Currently, the update is made available in Afghanistan, Egypt, Israel, Russia, South Africa, Kenya, Morocco, Saudia Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan. We might expect the expansion to other markets in the coming days. The new update comes with new firmware version A515FXXU3BTD4 and weighs 1.25 GB in size. One can check manually by going to setting under about the device and check for updates.
