After the not so popular Motorola Razr success, the company is planning for the successor with Motorola Razr 2. Previous reports suggested that Motorola considering to launch the Motorola Razr 2 by Sept this year.
Now XDA Developers has just revealed the specs of the new Motorola Razr 2. As per the source, the Motorola Razr 2 is codenamed as a smith and comes with model number XT2071-4. Motorola Razr 2 will again use mid-range chipset with SD765G that comes with Snapdragon X52 5G modem support. It is coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
All this is packed by lower 2845 mAh battery and runs on Android 10 out of the box. The new Motorola Razr 2 will again have a single rear camera with 48MP Samsung GM1 sensor along with 20MP selfie shooter. Sadly, the source didn’t reveal the display size of the new Motorola Razr 2 but confirmed will have dual displays similar to the original.
The new Motorola Razr 2 is specifically made for China and the US markets and not sure about markets like India, Europe and Latin America at the moment. The new Motorola Razr 2 will have support for just support sub-6GHz 5G.
