Xiaomi has now launched the third new device under the Mi 10 series with Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition 5G. The new Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition becomes the cheapest smartphone under the Xiaomi Mi 10 series. The new Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition comes in Black, Blue and Peach, White colours. The new Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition will start shipping from May in China.
The new Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition cost 2499 Yuan (Rs.27,000/-) for 8GB+128GB and 2799 Euros (Rs.30,200/-) for 8GB+256GB variant, 6GB+128GB at 2299 Yuan (Rs.24,800/-) & 6GB+64GB at 2099 Yuan (Rs.22,900/-) . The new Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G looks similar to Redmi Note 9 pro from the back with quad-rear cameras and LED flash below it.
The device features a premium glass back with a glossy finish and comes with chamfered metal edges. It measures 7.8 mm thick and weighs 192 grams. The new Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition sports 6.57 inches FHD+ AMOLED waterdrop True Colour display with an in-display fingerprint scanner. The new Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition comes with SD765G SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB storage option. The new Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition comes with quad-rear cameras with LED flash.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition features 48MP main sensor along with 8MP 120-degrees ultra-wide sensor (f/2.2), 8MP periscopic sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, 50X periscopic zoom, 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid optical zoom, split OIS optical image stabilization and 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. The new Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition will feature 16MP selfie shooter. The connectivity option includes comes with Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, 5G support, Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, and NFC.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition packs 4160 mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support. The new Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition runs on Android 10 with MIUI 11 on top. When compared with Mi 10 Lite which was launched last month we hardly find any difference between the two apart from periscopic 8MP sensor.
