The new iQOO Neo 3 5G weighs about 198 grams and measures 8.93 mm thick. The iQOO Neo 3 5G comes in Sky Blue and Blue Black colours.
The new iQOO Neo 3 5G sports 6.57 inches FHD+ 20:3 aspect ratio IPS LCD with 144Hz refresh rates and HDR10+ support. The iQOO Neo 3 5G is powered by SD865 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options. TheiQOO Neo 3 5G comes with integrated Snapdragon X55 modem for 5G support.

The new iQOO Neo 3 5G packs 4500 mAh battery with 44W Super Flash Charge support and run on Android 10 with iQOO UI 1.0 on top.
The iQOO Neo 3 5G with 6GB+128GB cost 2698 Yuan (Rs.29,000/-), 8GB+128GB at 2998 Yuan (Rs.33,250/-), 12GB+128GB at 3298 Yuan (Rs.35,500/-) and 8GB+256GB at 3398 Yuan (Rs.36,500/-) in China. The iQOO Neo 3 5G will go on sale from April 29.
