Now the company has quietly relaunched the updated version of 2018 launched Samsung Galaxy J2 Core (2020) in India. There is hardly any change apart from the name which is changed to Samsung Galaxy J2 Core (2020) from 2018.
The new Samsung Galaxy J2 Core is priced at Rs.6299/- and the device is available for purchase starting from today across all leading offline retail outlets across India. Samsung Galaxy J2 Core comes with Gold, Blue, and Black colours.
The new Samsung Galaxy J2 Core features removable polycarbonate back along with the user-replaceable battery. It weighs around 154 grams and is 8.9 mm thick. The Samsung Galaxy J2 Core sports 5.0 inches qHD TFT display with a resolution of 540*960p.
The Samsung Galaxy J2 Core is powered by Exynos 7570 SoC clocked at 1.4 GHz coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage which can be expanded via microSD card. It features an 8MP rear camera with an aperture of f/2.1 and LED flash. There is a 5MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.2.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, micro USB port, FM Radio and 3.5 mm audio jack. Sadly there is no fingerprint scanner nor Face Unlock feature. The Samsung Galaxy J2 Core is fueled by 2600 mAh battery and runs on outdated Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition) out of the box with Samsung UI on top.
