Xiaomi is all set to launch the new iteration of its custom UI the MIUI 12 today. Ahead of the official launch, we have got the leak revealing the list of devices getting the new MIUI 12 first. Previously we had revealed the unofficial list of devices getting the new MIUI 12 update. Now we have the official Xiaomi list of devices getting the MIUI 12 update as it began with registration for testing the same.
As per the source, the new list of devices eligible for MIUI 12 update are Mi CC9 Pro, Mi CC9, Mi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition, Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, Mi 9 Pro 5G, Mi 9, Mi 9 SE, Mi 8 Screen Fingerprint Edition, Mi 8 Youth Edition, Mi 8, Mi 8 SE, Mi 8 Explorer Edition, Mi 6, Mi 6X, Mi Mix 3, Mi Mix 2s, Mi Mix 2, Mi Note 3, and Mi Max 3.
Xiaomi also revealed the list of devices under Redmi brand which includes Redmi K30 Pro 5G, Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition, Redmi K30 5G, Redmi K30 4G, Redmi K20 Pro, Redmi K20, Redmi Note 8 Pro, Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 5. We are still not sure why Redmi Note 7 & Note 8 are missing from the first list.
Anyway, as of now, there are no details about POCO devices receiving the MIUI 12 update. Do note that the above list is for Chinese MIUI 12 ROM and not for Global version. One can now register for testing the MIUI 12 in China.
