Looks like already we are getting leaks of the 2021 flagship the Galaxy S21 after months launching the new Galaxy S20 series. Previously we saw popular tipster revealing that Galaxy S21 will ship with the in-display selfie camera. Now we have a new report revealing some more details of the new Galaxy S21.
As per the reports, Samsung is considering to opt for larger and greatly enhanced selfie sensor with OIS support. Yes, as per the source, Galaxy S21 will use larger 1/2″ sensor for the selfie camera that along with Optical Image Stabilization. This turns out to be larger than the current Galaxy S20 Ultra’s 40MP sensor having 1/2.65″ sensor size.
The other option will be smaller 1/2.55″ selfie sensor which is equivalent to Galaxy S10 and iPhone 11 series rear camera sensor. So finally we can expect better selfie camera next year on the new Galaxy S21 series which will indeed improve low-light photography.
With OIS we can even expect great Vlog experience without the need of any gimble. Anyway, these are just initial rumours we have to wait for much longer to get some confirmed leaks that might be out by late Dec 2020 not earlier than that. Stay Tuned for the latest update of the new Galaxy S21.
